ICC to hear Indian-Indonesian coal supply dispute
Indian electric utility Tata Power is facing an ICC claim brought by an Indonesian contractor over supply of coal to a power plant in Mumbai – and says it has filed counterclaims increasing the value of the dispute to more than US$335 million.
