Alina Aguilar is an associate of Asali, which she joined in 2019. Alina has focused her practice on disputes relating to the insurance, banking, energy, food and telecommunications industries. Ms Aguilar has co-led civil and commercial litigation proceedings and arbitrations handled under the rules of the International Chambers of Commerce (ICC) and the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), and she has also represented clients in proceedings relating to interim measures in connection with arbitration, enforcement and annulment of arbitral awards before state courts.
Alina graduated summa cum laude from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM).
