Anti-suit injunction discharged in African telecoms dispute
An English court has partially discharged an anti-suit injunction that prevented a company from fighting an African telecoms dispute through court proceedings in Liberia because of an ICC arbitration clause, after the ICC Court ruled the seat of arbitration was Toronto, not London.
