Belgian court throws out Albania’s appeal over asset freeze

A Belgian court has rejected Albania’s latest bid to unfreeze air traffic control revenues that were attached by ICSID creditors including prominent Italian businessman Francesco Becchetti – also fining the state for abusive conduct.
