Brothers see mixed results in claims against Romania

Two brothers who brought treaty claims worth up to US$2 billion against Romania over the Communist-era expropriation of their family’s film company have seen mixed results, as a tribunal declined jurisdiction over one claim while allowing part of the other to proceed.
