[email protected]Charles Lilley is a partner based in Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner’s Abu Dhabi office, specialising in construction and engineering claims and disputes. Charles has worked for clients from all sides of the construction industry and has over ten years’ experience in arbitration, litigation, adjudication and mediation, as well as in project advisory and forensic investigation work. Charles has worked on a number of arbitrations in the UAE, including in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, and at the DIFC. He was part of the Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner team which set up the firm’s Abu Dhabi office in 2009 to promote and expand the firm’s international arbitration and construction and engineering dispute resolution capabilities in the region.
