Chinese state-owned entity files claim over Guyana oil block dispute

A Chinese state-owned entity has reportedly filed an arbitration that could disrupt the US$53 billion takeover of its partner in an oil block off the coast of Guyana – weeks after ExxonMobil filed an ICC case seeking similar relief over that deal.
