Christian Paul Alberti

[email protected]In his current role at the SCCA in Riyadh and Dubai, and previously as the Assistant Vice-President of the International Centre for Dispute Resolution (AAA-ICDR) in New York, Mr Alberti has supervised staff and related management activities and overseen many large complex multi-party arbitrations and mediations covering all types of disputes and industries.
Mr Alberti also taught as an Adjunct Professor at New York University School of Law (NYU) in New York on International Arbitration and International Sales Law between 2017 and 2019.
He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (ciarb), a member of the Global Advisory Board of the New York International Arbitration Center (NYIAC), a founding member of the International Arbitration Club of New York (IACNY), and a member of various international ADR associations. He is regularly invited to speak at international conferences and guest lectures at various universities about international arbitration and mediation around the world.
He studied law in Germany, the United States of America, and in Australia and is certified to practice law in Germany and New York State.
