Daryl is an associate (foreign lawyer) with the firm’s international arbitration and construction practice. He graduated from Monash University with a Bachelor of Laws (with Honours) and a Bachelor of Behavioural Neuroscience. Daryl has experience in a wide variety of dispute resolution matters, including investor-state disputes, international and domestic arbitrations and foreign litigation. In addition, Daryl has extensive experience advising multi-national corporations on both contentious and non-contentious matters in Myanmar.
