David Gruber is a partner in the litigation group at the Vancouver office of Blake Cassels & Graydon LLP, where he practises in the areas of arbitration, corporate and commercial litigation and insolvency. He studied law at the University of Victoria, the Free University of Amsterdam and the University of Cambridge, with an emphasis on comparative law. He is a member of the British Columbia and Ontario Bars, and has appeared regularly in superior and appellate courts. David's arbitration practice is both domestic and inter-national in scope, with international arbitrations having an emphasis on Asia-Pacific forums.
