[email protected]Durga Priya Manda is a senior associate in the dispute resolution team at AZB & Partners, New Delhi. She graduated from the National University of Juridical Sciences, Kolkata, in 2015 and holds an LLM from the University of Cambridge, where she focussed her studies on International Investment Law. She has been involved in a variety of arbitrations (both institutional and ad hoc) which relate to cross-border shareholder disputes, high-value infrastructure projects and supply contracts.
Durga has represented IHH Healthcare Bhd in arbitration-related court proceedings before Indian courts. She has also represented the multinational broadcast network service provider, Discovery in a SIAC arbitration against its Indian shareholders.
Presently, she is advising and representing a telecommunications service provider against one of its cross-border clients in a SIAC arbitration.
Durga also has significant experience in the technology sector, having advised Facebook and Meta Platforms Inc.
