Dutch court permits enforcement of billion-dollar award against Indian state entity

A Dutch appeal court says a subsidiary of defunct telecoms group Devas Multimedia can enforce a US$1.4 billion ICC award against an Indian state-owned satellite company, finding that Indian court rulings liquidating Devas and setting the award aside lacked due process.
