Egypt liable for curtailing gas supplies

An ICSID tribunal has ordered Egypt to pay more than US$2 billion to a joint venture between Spain’s Naturgy and Italy’s Eni over the interruption of gas supplies to a liquefied natural gas plant at the port of Damietta.
