Emily is a Peruvian dispute resolution lawyer with 10 years of experience handling litigation and arbitration disputes not only in a commercial context but also with a particular expertise on infrastructure projects, public law, administrative proceedings and highly regulated industries.

She graduated with honours from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru’s Law School, with post-graduate studies in international arbitration at the American University Washington College of Law and the Geneva Center for International Dispute Settlement, and in contracts and international litigation at the Austral University of Buenos Aires, Argentina.

She was formerly a senior associate at Benites, Vargas & Ugaz Abogados.
