Felipe is a counsel in Clyde & Co’s international arbitration group in London.He has extensive experience in complex commercial arbitrations involving a variety of jurisdictions with a focus in Latin America and the Sub-Saharan Africa region.Felipe is a tutor at Queen Mary University of London and teaches international and comparative commercial arbitration to LLM students.He frequently speaks at arbitration conferences in multiple jurisdictions, has published a number of articles in Brazil and has been quoted by the São Paulo Court of Appeal.
