Court declines to interfere with finding on Iran corruption allegation

CORRECTED. An English court has declined to interfere with a tribunal's finding that a long-term gas supply contract between the UAE's Crescent Petroleum and the National Iranian Oil Company was not procured through corruption, and said that it would not set aside an award for breach of public policy on the basis of either bribery or a "failed attempt to bribe".
