French supreme court sides with Malaysia in Sulu dispute

Malaysia is celebrating a “historic victory” after the French Court of Cassation affirmed that a Spanish arbitrator lacked jurisdiction to order the Asian state to pay US$15 billion to the Filipino heirs of the last Sultan of Sulu.
