Fridman-owned entity threatens claim against Cyprus

A Luxembourg company part-owned by sanctioned Russian oligarch Mikhail Fridman says it is considering legal action against Cyprus, alleging it has lost more than US$7 billion worth of assets as a result of regulators’ failure to approve the divestment of its holdings in Russia’s banking sector.
