Gabon settles “wedding gift” case ahead of cassation ruling
A Maltese company has settled a dispute with Gabon over a €90 million ICC award that was annulled because of a “wedding gift” to a public official – withdrawing an appeal that practitioners hoped would clarify how French courts should handle corruption-related challenges to arbitral awards.
