Sanofi wins ICC case over recalled heartburn drug

French pharmaceuticals group Sanofi says an ICC tribunal has ruled in its favour in a dispute with Germany’s Boehringer Ingelheim over US litigation liabilities arising from withdrawn heartburn drug Zantac.
