Guaidó calls on ICSID to take sides

The special attorney general acting for Venezuela's opposition leader Juan Guaidó has renewed his call for ICSID not to accept any submissions from representatives of the embattled regime of Nicolás Maduro – insisting that the issue of who legitimately represents the state in cases before the centre is not within the power of individual tribunals to decide.
