[email protected]With over two decades’ experience, Dr Merah has held transformational leadership roles and contributed to the fields of standard-setting, alternative dispute resolution, governance, compliance, and Islamic finance. He has had the privilege of leading a number of specialised international organisations with activities spanning more than 45 countries. He has also provided consultations to companies and governmental agencies, assisting in the formulation of regulations and standards, as well as serving as chair and member of several national and international boards and committees, and currently sits as the elected Chair of the CIArb KSA Branch. Dr Merah has been invited to speak at numerous conferences spanning over 30 countries and is the author of two published books.
He is a Harvard Business School alum, with an MSc and PhD from The Higher Judicial Institute in Riyadh.
