Established in 1985, the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) is one of the world’s leading dispute resolution organisations, specialising in arbitration, mediation, adjudication and domain name dispute resolution.  HKIAC also offers state-of-the-art hearing facilities, which have been ranked first worldwide for location, value for money, IT services and helpfulness of staff.  In 2023, HKIAC received 281 new arbitration cases involving parties from over 45 jurisdictions, with a record-breaking total amount in dispute of US$12.5 billion.  Apart from its Hong Kong centre, HKIAC has representative offices in Shanghai and Seoul, with the Beijing office opening imminent.  As a past recipient of the Global Arbitration Review's Best Innovation Award, HKIAC is constantly at the forefront of innovative arbitration practice and highly regarded for neutrality, efficiency, and cost effectiveness.
