The Chief Justice of Singapore, the technology adviser to the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales and an in-house lawyer from Microsoft and Netflix in Korea are the newest members of the ICC's Governing Body for Dispute Resolution Services, reflecting its focus on Asian growth and improved tech capability.
