Indonesia fails to halt enforcement in Singapore with fraud defence

A Singapore court has upheld the enforcement of a US$20 million ICC award against Indonesia’s Ministry of Defence over a cancelled satellite project, despite finding there was an arguable case that the underlying contract was procured by fraud.
