Derains & Gharavi launches standing arbitration tribunal
Having unveiled a standing mediation platform last week, Paris-based law firm Derains & Gharavi has gone on to launch a standing ad hoc arbitration tribunal for the settlement of commercial, sports and investor-state disputes in an expedited manner that it says will avoid many of the problems that beset the normal arbitral process.
