[email protected]Jacky Tan is a director in the Economic and Financial Consulting practice of FTI Consulting, based in Hong Kong. Jacky has experience in performing valuation in both contentious and non-contentious contexts. His work mainly focuses on valuation of businesses and shares and assessment of complex damages in cases of litigation and international arbitration, including breach of contracts, post-acquisition disputes, and shareholder disputes. Jacky is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) Charterholder. He also holds a degree in Professional Accounting and Information Systems from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
