Jane Rahman is a senior counsel in the arbitration team at Al Tamimi. She has represented clients in arbitration proceedings under ICSID, UNCITRAL, ICC, LCIA, DIFC-LCIA, and the Dubai International Arbitration Centre. She has advised private clients and states across multiple jurisdictions and industries, including energy and natural resources, pharmaceuticals, automobile manufacturing, sport, insurance and banking and finance. Jane also has extensive court experience and has litigated complex disputes, including arbitration-related disputes and foreign sovereign immunity issues, in the English High Court, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court as well as in the courts of the Cayman Islands.
