He has experience in complex international arbitrations involving multi-jurisdictional proceedings. Joshua’s key areas of experience are international resources arbitration, investor-state dispute settlement, construction and public international law disputes. Joshua has worked on arbitration proceedings under the ICSID, ICC, SIAC, UNCITRAL and LCIA arbitration rules. He was awarded the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Australia award for Under 30 ADR Practitioner of the Year in 2021.
