Juliette Fortin is a senior managing director at FTI Consulting. For more than 25 years, she has assisted leading companies and law firms. Since 2006, Juliette has specialised in valuation issues such as M&A valuation, the quantification of damages claims in domestic and international commercial and investment disputes, accounting issues and post-transaction disputes. She has assisted French and multinational companies, and leading law firms, in various countries around the world including Africa, Europe and Latin America. Her experience covers many different industry sectors including construction, mining, energy, telecommunications, distribution, services, hotel and food.

In the context of international arbitration disputes, Juliette is regularly appointed as expert and gives oral evidence. She has been involved in more than 50 arbitrations and has testified in international arbitration procedures 20 times before the ICC and ICSID, in French and English and is due to testify soon in Spanish. Juliette is one of the experts in international arbitration listed by Who’s Who Legal for arbitration (Global Elite Thought Leaders, Expert Witnesses, Thought Leaders in France, Construction Expert Witnesses and Mining Expert Witnesses).
