[email protected]Kami Zargar is a managing director in the economic and financial consulting practice at FTI Consulting in the UK. He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and has specialised in forensic accounting for the past 14 years.
Kami has advised clients or acted as an expert in commercial, contractual and transaction-related disputes and in different types of dispute resolution forums, including litigations in the United Kingdom, arbitrations in the United Kingdom and internationally, mediations, expert determinations (in both advisory and determination capacity) and negotiations.
Kami has experience in preparing advisory and expert witness reports, covering a broad range of industries and sizes of business, for loss of profits claims, post-acquisition. He has also led investigations into allegations of fraudulent accounting or financial reporting, asset misappropriations and illegal activities.
Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Kami led a Big Four forensic practice, which saw him heading up a team of forensic experts across different services lines and acting as an expert in disputes.
