Karolina Rozycka is a counsel in Clifford Chance’s international arbitration group based in Paris. Her practice focuses on international commercial and investment arbitration, as well as annulment proceedings and enforcement actions in France and worldwide. She has over 11 years of experience handling complex and high value disputes involving a variety of arbitration seats, applicable laws and arbitration rules (ICC, LCIA, UNCITRAL, HKIAC, ADCCAC, ICDR-AAA, etc).
Karolina’s core experience includes commodities and mining, energy and resources, aerospace, construction, military procurement and general commercial disputes, with a geographical focus on Africa, Asia-Pacific, the Middle East and Continental Europe. She regularly lectures at various universities (including Sciences Po Law School, Paris II Panthéon Assas and Université Paris-Saclay) on arbitration and is part of the Organisation Committee of the Concours d’Arbitrage International de Paris. She also regularly speaks and writes on arbitration-related issues, including on mining disputes.
Karolina is admitted to practise in Paris and New York. She holds a master’s degree in economic law from Sciences Po Law School, a master’s degree in global business law from University of Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne and an LLM (international business regulation, litigation and arbitration) from New York University School of Law.
