Kate Fisher specialises in personal injury litigation and insurance dispute resolution, with experience across a broad range of sectors including health and medical, travel, cruise and leisure, and marine and offshore.
Among her diverse clients, Kate has advised cruise ship and pharmaceutical companies, marine insurers and catastrophically injured individuals, in complex contentious and non-contentious matters.
Admitted as a barrister and solicitor to the Supreme Court of Victoria in 2007, Kate has represented litigants in the county and supreme courts of that jurisdiction. She also spent time working in Aberdeen, Scotland for a leading Scottish marine law practice and gained valuable industry exposure working in-house for a Norwegian offshore wind and energy services provider.
