Kristina Fridman focuses her practice on international arbitration and complex commercial litigation.

Kristina has significant experience in international arbitration and related litigation. She has represented and counselled both foreign and domestic clients involved in International Chamber of Commerce, JAMS, American Arbitration Association, International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes and United Nations Commission on International Trade Law arbitrations, as well as before New York courts. She has also represented clients in enforcement proceedings, Section 1782 actions and litigation regarding enforcement of an arbitration agreement. In addition to her international arbitration experience, she has experience with complex commercial litigation, including breach of joint venture agreements, earn-out disputes, theft of trade secrets and breach of contract disputes.

While at Columbia Law School, Kristina received the Parker Law School Certificate for her studies in foreign and comparative law.
