Kurt G Strunk is a senior managing director in NERA’s New York City office. His disputes and advisory practice focuses on the intersection of energy and finance. He serves as a testifying expert in international arbitration, complex commercial litigation and regulatory proceedings. He has provided expert testimony and reports on over 100 occasions and has been retained as an expert in arbitrations before the London Court of International Arbitration, the American Arbitration Association, the International Institute for Conflict Prevention and Resolution, and the International Chamber of Commerce.
