Marine de Bailleul is a staff attorney in Quinn Emanuel’s London office. She joined the firm in 2014 and was recently transferred from the Washington, DC office. Her practice focuses on investment disputes and international arbitration. She has experience in representing both states and investors all around the world including in Latin America, Asia, Europe and the Middle East. She acted as counsel in disputes administered by the ICSID, the PCA, the ICDR and under the UNCITRAL Rules. She represents clients in a variety of sectors, including oil and gas, textile, construction, mining, aviation and finance. Prior to joining the firm, she worked in an immigration non-profit organisation representing South and Central American victims of asylum and human trafficking,  before the Arlington Immigration Court and the US Department of Immigration. She holds a dual Master of Laws from both France and the US specialising in international business law and international arbitration. She is fluent in French and Spanish.
