Chair of Davis Polk’s Asia practice and head of the Asia litigation team, Martin Rogers is one of Asia’s leading litigation and financial services regulatory lawyers, with over 30 years of experience in the region. His practice includes complex litigation, dispute resolution, regulatory, white-collar defence, and fintech and regtech matters, with extensive experience advising leading corporates, the financial services industry and government bodies.

Mr Rogers leads clients through complex international arbitrations (with particular experience in investment disputes) including LCIA, ICC, HKIAC and SIAC arbitration rules. He is a co-leader of the firm’s international arbitration practice in Asia, which serves as the firm’s central hub for arbitral disputes in Asia and the United Kingdom. He is also on the CIETAC Panel of Arbitrators.

Mr Rogers has top rankings in Chambers Asia-Pacific, IFLR1000, The Legal 500 Asia Pacific and Benchmark Litigation, and has consistently been recognised by Asian Legal Business as one of Asia’s top litigators.
