Maximiliano has a law degree from the Autonomous University of Baja California and specialises in corporate governance and tax litigation. He has experience advising domestic and international companies on compliance issues in Mexico and anti-money laundry matters. His litigation experience includes tax and trademark infringement litigation before in the Federal Administrative Court and before federal courts in amparo proceedings against unconstitutional tax legislation.In the past year, Maximiliano has also been involved in commercial arbitration disputes including energy, construction and transaction cases.
