N Sreenivasan is a senior counsel and the managing director of K&L Gates Straits Law LLC, the Singapore office of global law firm K&L Gates. He has over 35 years of litigation and disputes resolution experience, which includes training in Singapore and overseas, and working on commercial and civil litigation, international arbitrations, restructurings and reorganisations, as well as criminal and regulatory matters. He is admitted as an advocate and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore. He is a fellow of both the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators of the United Kingdom and the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators. He was appointed senior counsel in 2013.
