Niall Clancy is a partner in the construction and dispute resolution practices at Simmons & Simmons. He focuses on projects, particularly their construction. Niall provides end-to-end services across the entire project lifespan, from frontend procurement strategy, negotiation and preparation of contracts through to project delivery advice. He has conducted large arbitrations in Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Europe and Asia.
Niall’s clients include employers, developers, regional and international contractors, subcontractors and consultants on the construction of some of the Middle East’s largest projects. He has also represented corporations, shareholders, suppliers and government entities throughout his career in various corporate and commercial disputes. His experience includes disputes pertaining to minority shareholders, joint venture, intellectual property and supply agreements.
