Nicolás Costábile is an associate in the international arbitration practice at Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr LLP, based in London. A native Spanish speaker, Mr Costabile has particular experience with issues relating to Latin American jurisdictions. He represents clients in diverse industries in international commercial and investment treaty arbitrations conducted in venues throughout the world under a variety of arbitral rules. Mr Costábile has worked previously in the litigation and arbitration team of a South American law firm. Mr Costábile currently teaches international commercial arbitration and international arbitration and energy at Queen Mary, University of London's Dispute Resolution LLM course. Mr Costábile has published several articles on dispute resolution topics and he regularly speaks at international arbitration events.Mr Costábile is a member of the International Bar Association, the Spanish Club of Arbitration, the International Centre for Dispute Resolution and the Uruguayan Bar Association.
