Parnika has represented clients, including government entities, multinationals, financial institutions, Fortune 500 companies and high-net-worth individuals, in a wide range of financial, corporate, construction and commercial disputes across various sectors.

She has conducted arbitrations under various institutional rules, including DIAC, LCIA, ICC, HKIAC and SIAC, and has substantial experience before the DIFC courts, ADGM courts and the courts of England and Wales. She works with regional experts on disputes before the UAE courts and across the GCC.

Parnika is qualified in England and Wales, California and India. She is also a registered UAE legal consultant and Part II-registered DIFC practitioner.
