Paula is highly experienced in the Mozambican market, having intervened in all areas of practice, advising both national and foreign investors, as well as national and foreign private companies.
Paula is a registered arbitrator with the Mozambican Centre for Arbitration, Conciliation and Mediation (since 2002) with relevant experience in commercial arbitration, as an arbitrator nominated by the parties and as chair of the arbitral tribunal. She was the IBA Tax Reporter for Mozambique (2012 to 2014).
Paula was president of the Training and Bar Access Examination Committee of the Mozambique Bar Association (2014 to 2016) and is a member of the National Council of the Mozambique Bar Association (since 2016).
She is listed by Who's Who Legal: Project Finance as a 'Future Leader (Partner)'.
