A Peace Palace hearing shaken by war

GAR has heard how a hearing in a US$10 billion case brought by Ukraine’s national oil and gas company against Russia became a “surreal” experience when war broke out during the proceedings in the Peace Palace in The Hague, as Ukrainian participants were forced to walk and hitchhike into a warzone to protect their families.
