Peter Fox is Counselor to the Solicitor at the United States Department of Labor in Washington D.C. From 2013 until 2016 he was an associate in the New York office of Cleary Gottlieb, focusing on litigation, including international arbitration.Peter received a joint J.D./MPA from Columbia Law School and Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs in 2009. From 2010 to 2011, he served as law clerk to the Honorable Peter W. Hall of the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. From 2011 to 2012, he served as law clerk to the Honorable Nicholas G. Garaufis of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
