Port operator drops US action against Djibouti

An affiliate of DP World has dropped its effort to enforce LCIA awards worth US$485 million against Djibouti in the US – months after an appeals court said the east African state was entitled to question Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan’s authority to represent the company.
