Ricardo is the head of the litigation and arbitration department at Benites, Vargas & Ugaz Abogados. He has a track record of over 15 years of experience in litigation and arbitration, with a focus on disputes related to the oil and gas, construction and other important industries in the Peruvian region. He also has vast experience in constitutional disputes.

Ricardo has completed postgraduate studies in international arbitration at the American University Washington College of Law and in commercial arbitration at the Inter-American Commercial Arbitration Commission. He is a member of the Spanish Arbitration Club
