[email protected]Ricardo Gomes is a senior associate in Dittmar & Indrenius dispute powerhouse. He continuously advises clients on dispute settlement mechanisms, particularly in prearbitral and arbitral stages of business disputes. He represents parties in arbitrations under different arbitration rules in the fields of post-M&A, contractual, shareholders’ and construction disputes. He also acts as a sole arbitrator in FAI arbitrations. In addition, he focuses on contractual advice relating to data protection matters.
Prior to joining Dittmar & Indrenius, Ricardo gained experience as a trainee in the international arbitration group at LALIVE in Geneva, where he was part of different teams of lawyers in some of the firm’s commercial and investment arbitration proceedings.
