Rodolphe Ruffié-Farrugia is a Franco-Maltese national admitted to practise in the United States, Australia and New Zealand. He specialises in international commercial arbitration, investor-state dispute settlement and public international law at Clifford Chance in Perth. His practice encompasses primarily Africa and Asia-Pacific. 

Rodolphe advises parties to high-stake cross-border disputes in a wide range of industries and jurisdictions. In addition to energy, mining, and infrastructure, he has a specific focus on outer space activities, e-sports and video games, the cannabis industry and the Taiwanese market. Rodolphe not only acts as counsel, arbitrator and tribunal secretary but also assists (in English, French, and Chinese) energy and resources companies with the drafting of project agreements and the conduct of negotiations with private and public parties. He has extensive experience handling international trade disputes (WTO) and award enforcement and execution proceedings, including against sovereign states.

In 2023, Rodolphe initiated the creation of the Francophone Africa in Western Australia Forum, a new annual event in Perth jointly organised with the Australia-Africa Minerals & Energy Group, the French-Australian Chamber of Commerce & Industry, and Alliance Française.
