Sam Kim is a foreign attorney at Yoon & Yang LLC. His practice areas include international litigation and arbitration, and customs and trade. He handles various arbitration cases under the rules of arbitral institutions such as the KCAB, SIAC, UNCITRAL, ICC, HKIAC, DIS and AAA, and regularly serves as a first chair in numerous evidentiary hearings. In addition, he regularly advises clients on complex US litigations, including cases pertaining to intellectual property, misappropriation of trade secret and product liability. Before joining Yoon & Yang, he served as an in-house counsel where he handled various types of cases including complex litigations and disputes in countries such as the United States, Australia, Germany, Turkey and the Netherlands, as well as anti-dumping and countervailing duties investigations by the United States government.
